Reducing cost for lighting by 25% or more must be a serious consideration for any organization. On a
single 4 x 40 Watt standard light fitting the power saving is approximately 20 watts per hour. This
translates into 200 Watts a day assuming a usage of 10 hours a day. On a 300 day a year use this translates
into 60 kwh a year which at 9 cents per kilowatt translates into a direct saving of US$5.40 per light fitting
in a cold and dark environment. In a hot climate a further saving of US$10 per fitting per year is

however the phosphor reduces its light output by 50% every 50,000 hours making for an average lifetime of 5 years

LED Lighting replacement for Hot Cathode Fluorescent Lighting New
Ringdale's unique LED lighting product line allows companies to upgrade any existing fluorescent
lighting arrangement that is using standard ballasts and guarantee half of the power consumption, consistent light output over a more
than 50 years product life.
For example a 28 watt fluorescent tube (highest energy efficient FL tube available today) as used in a 4 foot standard light fitting can
be replaced with a Ringdale 4 foot white LED strip consuming only 14 watts.

LED Lighting replacement for Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lighting New
Ringdale's unique LED lighting product line allows replacement of existing cold cathode fluorescent
lighting (CFL) arrangement as used in LCD monitors and TV screens and guarantee less than half of the power consumption, consistent light
output over a more than 50 years of product life.
For example a 2 watt CFL as used in a 6.3 inch LCD Display can be replaced with a Ringdale 4 inch white LED strip consuming 0.9 watts.
